New Facebook Page and Members Group
As many of you know, our old Facebook page was hacked and we were unable to recover ownership, so we are starting from scratch with a new page. Please follow our new page at facebook.com/SPHOofNJ so we can get our Facebook community back together. The new page has text in the cover that says “NEW PAGE”. Members are also invited to join the closed group SPHO-NJ Members.
Year End Points
The SPHO-NJ Year-End Awards Point Totals for 2023 Competition Year spreadsheet has been updated with final totals for the 2023 competition year. As a reminder, to be eligible for year-end awards, points for each horse must have been from three separate horse shows. Congratulations to all competitors!
Banquet
To celebrate our members’ 2023 achievements, the annual SPHO-NJ Year-End Awards Banquet will be held Sunday, February 18, 2024 at the Radisson Crystal Ballroom in Freehold, NJ. We appreciate everyone who has voted on a theme, and the clear winner was the Winter Wonderland White Party! We will send a dedicated email when tickets are available for purchase, but start thinking about your outfits!
Memberships for 2024 Competition Year
As a reminder, November 1, 2023, marked the first day of the 2024 competition year, which will run through October 31, 2024. Please submit your 2024 membership applications and horse registrations.
Points Submissions
For members who have competed since November 1, please remember to submit your points within 30 days of each horse show for the 2024 competition year.
